Touch friendly game?
Is it possible to play this game only with my Windows tablet?

Should be yeah, haven't tried it but the UI is fairly simple and large so you should be fine.

We do not provide official support for touchscreen-based machines, but it should however work. You play the game mainly by mouse-clicking, and well in your case that would be touching the screen. There are however certain hotkeys in the game which allow you to e.g. speed-up/slow down the game time, but I assume a Windows tablet has a keyboard as well?
