Maps won't download

I can't seem to download maps, all I get is stuck on the following:

Map data is being converted
This could take a few minutes...

I've been waiting over 2 hours, during which I've done the following (Multiple Times):
* DIsabled Firewall
* Deleted & Re-Installed Game
* Reset Data from In Game Settings

Any ideas? Really excited to play but can't. :(

Which city are you trying to download?

Kapolei (In Career mode)

If I try to run the tutorial I get a "You do not have any maps" error

If I abort trying to download the map I get the following screen:

And then none of the buttons are clickable. Sometimes that careers screen will just be blank.

It's now working.

For those with the same problem:
K9 Web Protection BLOCKS the map sites. It took me a while to figure it out but that's the issue. Put it into Supervisor Mode / Whitelist the map sites and you're good to go :D

Ah, we had a similar problem with Norton users during the beta. Glad it's sorted!

Same here. Malwarebytes blocks access to this site saying it is malicious. Is this a false positive?

Known issues have occured in users of Norton and Malwarebytes (and now K9 Web Protection). Unfortunately, downloads are required to enable the game to run, and we can't provide tech support software developed by another company.

I know, I'll contact K9 and get them to whitelist the map sites :) Can't promise they'll do it, but I'll try :P

I have the same problem, exept that I don't have K9 Web Protection... So I don't know what block the download... Can you help me?

Those are just the programs we know have issues. If you have any firewall software, you'll need to check that 911 Operator is allowed through

Yep it's allowed. The game says that it can be the servers, but it's been to days without a change... I dont have anny web controle programe that block me.

Unfortunately no.

Have you tried allowing https://www.openstreetmap.org? This is the service used for the downloads.
