Generaly that's true, but not always. Well, in the game's logic it must be the 'correct' response, but not necessarily in real life.

I've lost reputation for sending fire firghters to a fire.... because the game thought that since the car was 'burning itself out' it should be ignored. I don't think a car fire in a parking garage that's surrounded by other cars would be ignored by the fire department even if it did look to an uninformed witness to be burning itself out.

I agree. As a EMT myself working in EMS for 13 years, there are a lot of unbalanced things in the game. The Units (Ambulances( should already come with med kits (airway bag trauma bag meds etc) Shouldnt have to buy a Defribillator AED or manual. they should add cardiac monitors also. Firefighters shouldnt have to buy bunker gear or tools either, I can go on and on etc. The stomach ache call for example, even if its been hurting for two weeks, dispatch will never not send a ubit or tell the RP to go to the doctor instead. I always send a unit anyways because thats how it is IRL and i get docked for it. I love the game, i just hope they fix these issues. Seems that no one in EMS, Dispatch, Fire or Police are part of the Dev team.

Similarly it's not uncommon for police officers to supply their own firearm. It's kind of silly that you're expected to provide every officer with a department issued weapon when your department doesn't have much money to begin with. I enjoy this game but it needs some more polishing and refinement of it's mechanics.
