Watching the AGDQ2018 run and the music is awesome, I'm not really a player of these games but I like the music.. am I really required to own the game to be able to get the DLC?

Does the Artist have a website I can buy the OST through instead?

yes I'm cheap.. I wont pay $3 for the game and OST...
