Today marks the first anniversary of the full release of Bakin on August 28, 2025!

Over the past year, we have continued to add new features and make improvements based on the feedback and requests we have received from our users. To everyone who has been creating games with Bakin every day and supporting us along the way, the entire development team would like to express our heartfelt thanks.

And today, we are excited to release the major Ver. 2.6 update!

This update adds a wide range of new features, including the Auto Battle feature, which allows the cast to fight automatically according to the battle AI they have configured, as well as enhanced video presentation features and improved movement controls.

- Auto Battle

We have added an Auto Battle feature that allows casts to fight automatically according to preconfigured battle AI settings.

Multiple battle AIs can be created for each cast, allowing users to switch between them as desired or change which battle AI is applied based on specific conditions. Combined with the battle speed adjustment feature, this also makes it possible to create fast-paced Auto Battles.

- Expanded Video Capabilities

Movies can now be treated as image assets, allowing them to be moved, scaled, and rotated.

We have also added support for converting movies into 2D stamps. Once converted, they can be placed on maps or used as event graphics or subgraphics, providing a wide range of possibilities for incorporating video into games.

- Fixed Movement DirectionWe have added a feature that allows cast members to move based on the map's directional axes, regardless of the camera angle.

This can be useful for creating games with a quarter-view perspective and other similar game designs.

This update also includes numerous feature improvements and bug fixes.
