Hello!

Whether you're new to Hospitalize or just have some questions you need answering; Here are some questions and answers you might want to look through! If your question is not among these, you can ask us here on the Steam Forum or the Hospitalize subreddit!

• Question 1: Who are Illeris?

Illeris is a game company composed of 4 people, located in Norway. Together we hope to bring you a wonderful gaming experience with our current game and future projects.

• Question 2: When will Hospitalize get a new update?

We try to update the game at a frequent, but not pushy rate. This way, we hope that the players stay interested in the game. That said, we will make announcements as to when updates will arrive, whenever we are certain of it.

• Question 3: Is there a public Roadmap available?

There is also, for those who wants, possible to register and join the roadmap as a member. Doing this you'll be able to vote on what cards sounds the most interesting to you. Click here[trello.com] to automatically join, if you've already registered!

• Question 4: Can we find Hospitalize and Illeris on social media?

Actually, you can! You can find us on Twitter, Reddit and Facebook![www.facebook.com]

• Question 5: Do you have a website?

Yes! Hospitalize has it's own website right here[www.hospitalizethegame.com]

• Question 6: Do you have a Discord channel?

We do actually! A great user of name Noms started one up, follow this invite link[discord.gg] if you already have an account, and you'll be taken straight there!

• Question 7: I have a problem, can I contact you in any way?

Of course! We have two emails, each serving their own purpose: [e-mail] and [e-mail]. If you ever have a problem, feel free to send an email to the support email. If you ever want to contact us about something else, feel free to use the contact email!

Alternatively, if you've encountered a bug and want a quick way of reporting, you can use the in-game function 'Report bug' which is found in the lower right hand corner of the menu whilst in a game.

One of the biggest problems I have in the game right now is clicking on each tree/bush to clear it. I feel I spend most of my time clearing trees. Please, give us the option of removing trees, mass clearing them easily or giving us control of how many trees/bushes there are.

Hello!

If you look in the bottom left of the Construction window, there is a rather large 'X' which you can press to then drag over a certain area. Doing this will have the caretakers clear that area of objects :] Hope this helps!

It would be amazing if we could get a true sandbox mode in addition to the one we currently have. One with infinite money / instant building. It would truly entice people like me to purchase the game :)
