Why i can't play this game in Multiplayer?

Hey Guys,
First, sry for my bad english i am from germany.

So, after i buy the game with all DLC's i wanted to play it!
In Singleplayer i have no problems, there is all fine.
But when i try to play Multiplayer, i stuck in "Waiting for Players: PainFree" - Screen.
So, i join different Lobbys, we are full, all are ready then the Game starts.
And thats the Problem,
all standing still and the screen says "Waiting for Players: PainFree (Me)"
i can wait hours nothing happens, the other players are pis.sed and left the game.
And when the see me in lobby they going in other lobbys...
I don't know what's the Problem...
Please help me, i want to play with other people.

PC Specs:
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Gigabyte GA-X99-UD3
Intel Core i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz, 3300 MHz
2x8 GB 2133 Crucial / 2x8 GB 2400 Viper (32 GB RAM)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

Internet: 25k

Things i have try:
PC restart
Steam restart
Game restart
Steam start as admin
Re-installed the game 2x
disable all DLC's

Man, i don't even know What to say to help.try to Contact the developers, ir maybe hosting ir joining different lobbys.

Yesterday i found the Problem!
DONT use "Automatic" when you join a lobby (you can use investicator, automatic and creatur)
This worked fine for me!
