Black Screen at launch?

When I launch the games it quickly shows white text and then turns black, any fix for this?

sometimes you just have to wait a bit then menu comes.
if not: start game inside library of your steam account.
I had this bug once.
start game in quick (right click menu of steam), if this doesnt work , start in libary. and vice versa.

Said I had to install a graphics package, which I just did. Now it's the same problem, still.

hm said that in game? if so, I never had that problem.
if it says so during start of game, then you have to update drivers inside steam. Already restarted pc?

Yes, someone else appears to have had the problem, it's a data error

Probably this:

Black screen / error message on launch: If the game shows a black screen right away when launching, ensure you have installed the Visual C++ 2012 redistributable: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=30679# - You need to install the x86 redistributable even if you have a 64-bit system

Tried this, didn't seem to change anything.

Then please share the log file:

Log file: If you are having issues, there is a log file located on <steam folder>/SteamApps/common/White Noise 2/WhiteNoise2_Data/output_log.txt . It may be of help to pinpoint the issue.
