Creature Specific Tape Messages

I'm 99% sure the tape messages are creature specific. I was playing against Rusalka, and from what I could hear from the tape messages.

It started with something like "We're picking some frequencies, white noise, that wasn't here when we started"

Then we picked up another tape later and the man "Met a (cult) with weird symbols on them. It's all starting to make sense"

Then the LAST clue/tape we picked up he talked about "A woman with long hair and crimson finger nails"

At first I was like "yeah, yeah, white noise, name of the game. A cult? Oh, ok" but when he specifically pointed out that it was woman with long (I think maybe he also said ratty or something?) hair and crimson finger nails, with Waagh's previously stated "She was once human" I flipped my ♥♥♥♥. Then the cult comment made total sense, because her bio says she was worshipped.

Astaroth comes straight from hell. I wish we could listen to them in the gallery alongside with the voice lines of the characters. Maybe even with sum subtitels because i sometimes don't understand anything from the tapes.

I think that's the whole point.

Just to add on to this, I picked up a tape on Eastmore College with Deadly and it had the exact same recording as one I picked up in solo on Varosha Campsite. Therefore I do not believe tapes are map specific like I originally thought. However, it would make sense if the tapes were monster specific. I'll do some more work with Deadly (or anyone interested) to test this. Currently, I'm recording every tape I find and I will categorize them based on the map I found them on as well as the monster I was playing against. If anyone wants access to these recordings, feel free to friend me and let me know. The ones I have currently are both vs Subject 23 and from Eastmore and Norwood.

Keep track of which clue number it was too (i.e. the first clue, the last clue, ect) so we can put my "only the last tape is creature specific" nonsense to the test.

Well i got the one with against a rusulka around the last few tapes so maybe because you were able to get this far, they are leaving some information about the moster as a small reward but hey just a thought.
