How do I get the heart blossom?

The guard at the beginning of the Marketplace should have a quest for you, Crime Deterrent.
Take the quest and head to Blackview Caverns, just east of Stonewynn Keep.
Manslayer will drop the Heart Blossom when killed"

I'm there but there's no knight i can talk to so no quest.
Do I have to beat the first temple first? I'm up to that now but keep dying.

Yes, you do. If you are having trouble beating the first temple, what kind of trouble? What are the specific things you are struggling with?

My healer can't heal my knight enough since the boss does so much damage. I can use skills and be fine, but during cooldowns the knight is losing hp.
The worst part is if im in cooldown and he does the snowstorm move, damaging everyone. Besides saving the healers spell for the storm, what else can I do?

Just tried a few more times.
It's hard for me to move 2 chars away from ice spikes when they're moving slow, the 2nd moved one usually dies.
Then the ice mage he summons is a super pain too.
I can get the boss to about a quarter, but that's it. :(

If your knight is dying fast, I recommend getting the passive ability for the priestess that heals the target (Knight) after Blessing of Power is over, and make sure to always use consumables. If you choose to have the Witch in your party, casting the Frost Bolt on the boss, and then running around with your Knight could allow your ranged heroes to dish out some damage, while your priestess could focus her heals on lower health targets rather than the Knight. There really isn't any direct counter to the snowstorm attack besides Divine Prayer, so you should put a talent point or two in decreasing the cooldown or effectiveness of it.

I thought it'd be immune since the knights dash one doesn't work. Thanks for the tips.

I've tried the dungeon many many times and just can't beat the boss. Get him to maybe 3/4 dead but just can't beat. Even farmed another level. I've done every quest in the area except beat that ice boss, and can't get the quest from the knight for the stupid blossom until I do. I have all legendary gear on everybody. Is this game really just designed to repeatedly fight stupid grinding fights over and over until you're leveled? Seems like all the gear basically just sucks. There's almost no difference in stats from the bottom grades to the top.

Remember that you can change your talents for free while you're out of combat! Use this to your advantage when going after one or multiple enemies

I just beat the ice boss, TALKED TO THE WITCH, then returned to Stonewynn Keep and received the quest from the knight.
