Oculus Quest 2 Controller SOLUTION
I bought the game when it was on sale and was massively disappointed to find out I couldn't play it simply because it didn't recognize my Quest 2 controllers. So here's what I did

First and foremost, use SteamVR. It's amazing and an integral part of my VR setup. From there you can launch other games as well. Use this for every game as it is just as good as playing corded but it's wireless. SteamVR coming out greatly increased my ability to play VR games.

:vrbatsymbol: How to fix the game :vrbatsymbol:
Go into the files for the game, it isn't too bad I promise. I recommend starting at the game in your library and then Manage > Browse Local Files. From there I went Arkham VR > Binaries > Win64 and then I just had the Batman app by itself. I had to click once and highlight the app, then right click on it and choose Properties. It should pop up a little box with some tabs at the top. The one you want is Compatibility.

If you don't see Compatibility then you're in the wrong box, this confused the heck out of me at first but it's why you have to left click once on the app and then right click it. You'll see you get a lot more options and the Properties window that pops up is completely different. The best way to make sure you're doing this right is when you right click on it you should have the option to Run as Admin. If you don't see that option when you right click on it then try left clicking on it first and it should pop up.

From there I checked "Run this program in compatibility mode" and set it to Windows 7, Windows 8 did not work for me. I also checked "Run this program as an administrator" and then hit Apply.

After doing all of that I tried opening the game and it worked instantly. I hope it works for others as well. :vrbatsymbol:

Someone with a Quest 3 said this did not work, so it seems it might only work for the Quest 2. :jawafrown:

I didn’t even think to say something about downloading Steam VR. It’s a complete game changer. I’ll edit the post and add something about it. Thank you for saying something Duke2k2. :btd6darkknight:

I can confirm that changing the main game EXE's compatibility mode to "Windows 7" solved the issue for me. Whether I ran the game directly or from Steam VR didn't make a difference until I enabled compatibility mode.

The above worked for me, got my son's Quest 2 connected. Was previously saying no controllers.

Another Solution:

Download the LibOVRRT64_1.dll from here:
https://github.com/rodolZ80/bypass-oculus-detector/releases

Copy the dll file to the exe file of the game (Arkham VR\Binaries\Win64).

Changing the compatibility mode to "Windows 7" is not needed anymore
