I Fix this problem. not use air link / oculus link. Use Virtual Desktop.

Just Create a desktop shortcut of your game

(ex: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham VR\ArkhamVR\Binaries\Win64\ArkhamVR.exe).

after close all apps on your pc and launch virtual desktop with your headset.

after with your controller double tap on your game shortcut.
Steam Launch and 2 seconds later Batman VR Launch...

in game, press menu button on your left controller (now steam menu open).
Go in Controller Setup (By default is Oculus Touch Controller with default binding).
Click on customize button mapping and after choose shared binding from cain. Return in your game and have fun.

(sorry for my bad language. i speak french).

I found a fix. Works every time now for me.
Before you launch Arkham VR, make sure to launch the Oculus desktop app. If you don't have it, download it.
The app doesn't need to have your headset connected to it. Just launch the Oculus app, leave it in the background, then launch Arkham VR and all should work now.
Why is it this way? Who knows...

Edit: I use Virtual Desktop streamed to my Quest 1.

I was really looking forward to playing this game only for the controllers to not work. I have tried every fix and none of them have worked. What is worse is the fact that it worked just a couple of months ago, at least according to several people on here. This tells me that it has something to do with the Quest2 latest firmware update. I'm hopeful that the creators of this game will put out a patch in the near future to fix this problem, otherwise I can't see myself spending any more money with a developer that won't continue to support their games.

not just the quest 2, broken on Rift S recently as well.

I had this issue with this game myself and the other title that makes me suffer is DoomVFR. Like others I wasted hours playing around with all kinds of crud trying to get things to work. Unfortunately I can say most of my efforts while successful at times came with a burden of spending an hour stuffing around. While I hate paying for software that should be built in to Quest2 itself It has payed itself back by making my irrefundable third party key purchases playable. It also provides extra functionality every Quest2 owner should have. Just buy it.

Well I don't believe it - that worked!

Go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham VR\ArkhamVR\Binaries\Win64

And right click on "ArkhamVR.exe" and go to properties, click on the "capability" tab at the top, then under "capability mode" tick the box that says "Run this program in capability mode for:" and then select "Windows 7", then click apply and OK.

Good luck.

Tried running in compatibility mode for windows 7 but now when i attempt to open the game on steam, it cannot detect my headset at all. Any solutions?

Otherwise when I access the game through virtual desktop, the game controls worked fine. However, my desktop cannot be directly linked to my router and so my game was pretty laggy...

compatibility mode work for me.

I have to reboot in case of not detected headset.
