Oculus Quest 2: Works with Air Link!
For those wanting to play Arkham VR wirelessly on Quest 2, I’m happy to report that it works fine with the new v28 Air Link feature.

With virtual desktop I didn’t manage to get my controllers working well so never could start the game. With Air Link, controllers work just fine and I can finally play the game without wires!

Just figured I’d leave a message here for people like me who wondered Air Link would work.

Happy gaming!

EDIT: Tried again in July 2022 (V40 Quest 2 software version) and the controllers do NOT work anymore. So beware of that!

Same problem here. I submitted a ticket, and the response as follows. I bought the game yesterday.

"While I'll do my best to assist, due to the age of this title and the platforms it's available on, there may not be future game updates or troubleshooting options available to me are limited. Here are some steps I think might help.

I would like for you to verify the integrity of your game files as this would allow Steam to detect any corrupted or missing data from the game that could affect the overall performance of the game. You may follow the steps below.

1. Go to [Library] in Steam.
2. Locate Batman Arkham VR in your library, right-click on it and select [Properties].
3. Click the [Local Files] tab.
4. From here, select [Verify Integrity of Game Files]"

The verification of game files didn't help - I responded and am waiting for an answer. Looks like lots of people are having this problem.

Last time I played this was well over a year ago but at least then it worked.
I just tried it again and now it doesn't detect my controllers anymore.

I'll edit the original post to reflect these changes.

Exact same situation. This game worked a couple of months ago no problem. But now for no reason it doesn't recognise my motion controllers. What is happening?

same issue here ....
People claiming that it worked in the past are correct because one of the major fix components were applying custom user control profiles that were on steam. But now for some reason those custom control profiles are no longer on steam for whatever reason. I'm thinking the users probably deleted them? But the game is poorly optimized and the game is abandonware. the devs are just stealing people's money at this point. return it if you can.

I Fix this problem. not use air link / oculus link. Use Virtual Desktop.

Just Create a desktop shortcut of your game

(ex: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham VR\ArkhamVR\Binaries\Win64\ArkhamVR.exe).

after close all apps on your pc and launch virtual desktop with your headset.

after with your controller double tap on your game shortcut.
Steam Launch and 2 seconds later Batman VR Launch...

in game, press menu button on your left controller (now steam menu open).
Go in Controller Setup (By default is Oculus Touch Controller with default binding).
Click on customize button mapping and after choose shared binding from cain. Return in your game and have fun.

(sorry for my bad language. i speak french).
