Guide for 100% achievements
I returned the game, and I believe that's why it's not letting me post the guide I made for this game (yes, I'm made a guide for a game I returned, lol). If anyone would find this helpful, great. If anyone wants to upload this to the guide's section yourself, feel free, because it's not letting me.

All the content in this game is likely able to be completed in less than 2 hours, so you can get a refund (the game is absolutely not worth the money, even at 90% it’s still a rip off, because there’s no content). I wasted time messing around when I played the story, and when it was over I realized I had been ripped off, and wished I had rushed the story, so I could rush the rest of the achievements. I tried to do this, but I just didn’t have enough time left after messing around. I do believe it is possible to get them all within the 2 hour limit, if you don’t waste time like I did. There’s a video on YouTube that shows you all the locations of the secrets (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qh4Z6vKvLpE). The other guide for this game is not helpful at all, so I figured I’d put my notes on Steam for anyone else that might find it helpful. I found it useful to write all the stuff down, by location, so that I could quickly reference it, rather than have to watch a whole video while playing the game. I realize some of the stuff is a bit short, and might not be clear; it’s just the notes I used to try and do this, so hopefully it’s still useful to some people.

Method
Rush the main story as fast as possible, because all the Riddler stuff won’t be available until you’ve completed the story (this was a really stupid decision on the part of the devs).
Once you complete the story, go to the locations in this guide, and bang off all the extra stuff you need to do. Each location below will give a specific achievement to accomplish (if there is one at that location), and then will list the locations of the riddles and breakable stuff.

Act 1 The Manor
At the city map, only complete the building with the strange bottom (lots of edges all over), the circle one, and the square one. This allows you to get the cube.
Spin the globe around to get a cube.
At the piano, open the small drawer for a cube.

Act 1 Suit up
Get the grapple, then to the bottom left there’s a cube.
Get scanner, scan the pipe in front of you to see the words, then scan the batarang to the left.
When Batsuit calibration is complete, pull the lever and you’ll start going down. Once the floor is above you, immediately straight ahead there is a cube (easy to miss).

Act 2 Batcave
Catch Me If You Can
Turn the Batmobile all the way around, then push the A button. (This is different depending on the VR headset you have. Others say to use L1, others say the large move button.)

Bad Blood
Use the syringe to stab yourself, then put the blood into the empty vial.
Put all 5 blood vials into the centrifuge (the spinny thing), and spin them (they will change a bit in color).
Then put them in the left cylinder compartment thing and push it down. Do that for all five, to show they are tainted with Joker blood (they will turn greenish).

Riddle Me This
To the right of the beginning spot with Alfred there is a computer. Click on the third icon, which is a question mark for the Riddler stuff. Each of the three selections will give you items to the left of you. Put all the pieces together properly and it will make a single item. Do that for all three.

Use the handles to move the lamp. Look to the top left, top right, and bottom right, to reveal hidden targets to shoot with your batarangs.
Use the lamp to the left to reveal a question mark, go to surveillance, grab the circle, and put it in place to complete the question mark.
Scan the computer screen, then go to case files, then select the sword item, and scan the sword.
At the start spot there is a cartridge with a green question mark. Shove that in the proper slot, and it will take you to a target range. Only hit the green targets. I believe you need at least 24, possibly less. When returning, there will be a cube waiting for you.
At the Batcomputer, pull the lever, and scan the large flat area to see writing. Then go back, select the Joker, and scan the flower on his chest.
At the Batcomputer, look just past it to the left for a grapple box.
At the Batcomputer, scan the Robin picture, turn him around, scan left square, complete the question mark.
At Batgarage scan the buttons, push middle for the Batplane, move it to scan the right wing, then select the Batmobile (bottom left) and scan the front right wheel.
At the Batgarage, select middle for the Batplane, pull the middle lever to open the roof, grapple the cube up there.
At the Batgarage, bottom left for the Batmobile, grapple cube on the back.

Act 2 Dead End
Through the Looking Glass
Upon starting, immediately behind you, put your hand to your head, use the trigger to zoom in on stuff in the room.

Grapple the box straight ahead.
Left of Nightwing there a box to grapple.
Move above Nightwing, above, across alley, there’s a camera.
Left of Nightwing scan thewall, across from Nightwing scan poster of the girl.
Across the alley there’s a batarang game
Immediately upon starting on the right there’s an apple that acts as a green dot, right of Nightwing scan wall, use the apple/dot to make the question mark.

Act 2 Tipping point
Other side scan the wall, scan Penguin at fire extinguisher.
Left building, batarang green thing at the right time to open for cube.
Blow the fire extinguisher, then bottom right grapple box.
Opposite side, next to doors batarang, above arch, far building.

Act 3 Shrapnel
Inside Out
One lung is next to the bust. The eyeball is just to the left of the bust, on top of the safe. The cranium is near the bust to. The second lung is over by the tape recorder. Put all the pieces on the bust.

Fallen Son
The safe has the key. Use the key to open the fridge cadaver. Inside to the left there’s a key card. Use the key card to open the case with frosted glass. Inside the frosted glass scan each item.

At start, there’s a grapple box across the room.
Top left to the vertical cadaver there’s a camera to the left.
At the vertical cadaver, to the right there’s a grapple box.
At frosted glass, scan the wall to the left, then scan the bust’s heart.
At start, straight ahead scan the pillar, then to the left move and grab Tommy Flynn chart which acts as a dot, use the dot to make the question mark.

Act 3 Bird cage
At gate look up and grapple for dot, then in the big room scan right pillar, use dot to make question mark.
At big room scan green triangles, batarang above spelling NIGMA.
At big room, straight up above for grapple box.
At Robin, scan back of cover for the box for words, then scan Robin’s left knee.
In-between the word “kord” and angel sleeve, use batarang.
After gate, in pipe grapple box.
When you see Robin, camera on left.

Act 3 Reflections
Immediately scan up, at the desk grab clipboard, use dot on clipboard to complete question mark.
After two moves from start, rotate left wheel, grapple box.
After four moves from start, scan left pillar, middle door scan doll.
At gate up cam top right, “sign in” top left cam.
At the end where the rooms are, behind you on the left there’s a camera.

Thanks a lot for the guide though I disagree about the game not being worth it. I think it is a great game even with how short it is, I played the campaing a few times and I enjoyed it a lot. At the price I bought it I'm more than happy with my purchase.

Well guide. Thank You, but ... !

Can´t get the achivement "Through the Looking Glass" because i can´t ZOOM. No buttons in WMR will make the sight zoomed.
Stay at 98% progress.

Will try it again. It is a greateful game and i am not disappointed to visit Batman´s Wolrd again :)

Just making sure, did you put your hand up to your head? You have to pull the trigger (or grab, can't remember) but only when your hand is by your head. Think of it like Batman having a camera in his helmet, but he needs to push the button on his helmet for it to work.

Ahh, thx. Sounds good. But strange because Batman never used Googles or Cameras before in that game.
Sad that the game can´t recognizes my headset again.
Guess i can fix it, but test the Headhand-Performance only later.

YEAH: Put the hand to the headset was the OPENER !!! Then i could zoom in with "Grip-Button". :)

But now i am on an Odyssey to find the last Cube. In the Batcave, merde ;)
(I didn´t read your complete guide and so i missed this hint. "At the Batgarage, select middle for the Batplane, pull the middle lever to open the roof, grapple the cube up there."
Without a hint NEVER i would use the middle lever. Sure i did see the yellow arrov at the wall and knew that sign is important but this middle lever wasn´t important to me ;).

When i was back into the Batcave there wasn´t a "Middle Lever".
Needed to activate the Nightwing-Mission first by the Bat-Computer. (Enter the Nightwing-Cartridge to the readerslot at the Forensic-Station. Then go to the Bat-Computer and choose picture "Nightwing" and after button "Tracking Device".
Back to Alfred he will say the important sentence. "Time counts" And only then the Middle-Lever will be showned in the Bat-Garage.)
Then if you choosed the Bat-Wing the "Middle Lever" will come out and is available for launching.)

Strange because the campaign is without any Riddler-Parts. But when i am on Riddler-Tour to solve all riddles i used only the menue to go to the levels. And didn´t activate the NightWingMission again. NEVER, really never i could open the roof if i didn´t watch a Utube-Video and listen there to ALFRED who told Batman, that "each second counts to help Nightwing". So i did know i need to activate this mission.

So, your guide was very helpful but needs a little bit more informations for dumbs like me ;)
