QFG2 import - wrong class

Hi, when I important my magic user from QFG1 it defaults to a Fighter in QFG2, and you can't change it. any ideas to get aroudn this?

Download and unzip the Quest for Glory 2 Import Patch into your QFG2 folder.

Why this isn't installed by default I don't know.

Note that every game after the second allows you to change your class at the beginning if this happens. This typically happens because multi classing is a thing in this game (by taking skills your class didn't have) and usually the way you finish the game is how the next game sees your class.
