Honestly alittle confused here, I want to cont my characcter but i wont let me, does anoyone know how?

When I try to get the games to launch, I just get the black screen, and then it kicks back out. Changing display settings doesn't help. Can someone help me figure out a way to get the games to run?

In the Mess Hall, I've been doing everything with the order and timing necessary to pass the room, after swinging and dropping the chandelier on the Stooge Brigands other come through the door on the left immediately. My wizard encountered the fairy well south of Erana's garden and the Fairy Queen said something about him not being powerful enough yet. He is now on day 14 and has gotten his magic rating up to 316.
