How do i Install Renderman and Arnold

I installed Renderman 23.0 non commercial but after i type all the stuff in the env file its still isnt showing up. I dont know what I'm missing do i have to specify something in the steam folder location during the initial install of renderman?

Update found out renderman actually isnt seeing houdini because its in the steam folder in program files (x86) How do i fix this issue?

yes and im not getting the same error houdini isnt even showing Renderman 23 its show renderman 21. which means houdini is not seeing Renderman even after I added the stuff to the ENV file also if you look i had already commented on it.

Hey, I am also experiencing this issue, I installed the htoa plugin and it doesnt seem to be recognised when I start houdini. However the ACES ocio seems to have been picked up from the env file. Have you found a solution to this issue coopj?

@Spaghettaboutit Are you using macOS or Windows? Windows steam version of Houdini seems to support htoa pretty well, but macOS they have some issues with third party plugins.

@SharyIL Hi, Im using Windows. After coming back to it in the morning I realised I put the wrong houdini version in the htoa path in the env file. Ive now got it running.
