How do i use the elevation map?
I never played the first game, but in the manual for UG:Gettysburg it says M brings up an elevation map. M in this one is dismount, so is there still a topo map like the previous game?

I can't imagine why they would remove features from this game, especially one as useful as the elevation map. Hopefully it will be added back in soon.

It seems to be much easier to just eyeball high ground now, the map is much better.

Currently it's not in the game for whatever reason. I've noticed it's much easier to eyeball hills now. I hope they add it back in though.

Not easy for me to spot high ground, the topographic map would be welcome !

Use tab, you got a better view of the relief with it.
