I just want to put my grasses on while I lay siege to Griffith's camp as Farnese riding on the...*ahem* Horse. Is that so much to ask?
But seriously, the idea of an actual "Endless Eclipse" survival mode is a fantastic idea. Bases/Camps/Strategy were also sorely lackluster in the campaign for a Warriors game.
Damn, you read my mind on the soundtracks thing! I've actually been playing it with VLC queued up in the background, playing the soundtracks for the 97 anime, the Dreamcast game and a bunch of other Susumu Hirasawa music. Hirasawa has always felt like such a crucial element of Berserk to me, and I've just got have him and the old soundtracks along to really give it that Berserk feel. And this obviously got me thinking exactly what you just said, that it would be absolutely excellent to have a mod that inserts the classic soundtracks into the game! Man, I'd absolutely love that; was actually coming into this thread to say that very thing. Its a shame Tecmo Koei is so strange about modding, this game would be an amazing candidate for modding, and I'm sure there'd be people willing to make them with how passionate the Berserk fandom is. Too bad we probably won't get much, but here's hoping.
While the new soundtrack for the game does generally fit the horrific tone of some of the battles, that Hirasawa soundtrack is SO good at capturing the intimacy of Berserk. the Behelit track is so fantastic at representing the contrast of forces and developing meaning over the course of the narrative. I just want it in the background of like half the battles in the game. The game soundtrack feels like it was applied to Berserk, Hirasawa's feels like it was grown into it.

The mod will allow the player to play as NPCs, Bosses and Use CPU only Moves/Boss attacks that CPU uses when controlling characters.
You can use all the boss Moves Femto/Zodd uses etc when you fight them in Story/Eclipse.

Apparently a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of drama happened and the guys ended up deleting all their mods or something, truly a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shame.
