Let's talk about accessories.
I've not seen much info about accessories in English. Let's get some useful tips about them in here, or even a guide going. The one I know about is that The Idol of the Hawk gets 100 in each stat at max level.

Well, crap, accessory skills don't stack? If that's the case I've wasted a lot of time fusing them to make three Slow Burn/Frenzy Inertia/Death Blow Inertia/Resurgence accessories.

I guess I can always fuse one with Zod's broken horn and give the third to Wyald.

Edit: at the very least Resurgence does stack. I just tested it and one accessory with lvl 99 Resurgence takes 1 minute 10 seconds to fill up the frenzy bar, while three accessories with lvl 99 Resurgence each takes 22 seconds.

Actually I found the new DLC final stage gives insane gold. When yuo kill a mega boss evenon easy mode its 32000 gold. Happens a few times throughout that stage.

So the game just told me that I unlocked the ability to choose which skills to pass on when amalgamating, but...I don't seem to be able to? Am I missing something?
Accel Feb 28, 2017 @ 2:34pm
You choose which skills at the very end of the process after you pick all the items.

Thanks I just figured it out lol. I was expecting to be able to pick before pressing the amalgamate button <.<

It's not just White Stones that upgrade an accessory. It just has to be a "rare" material. So White/Black Stone and the higher tier materials. I also don't recommend using materials to upgrade skills. In most cases, it's too expensive and uses too many resources. You get better results from just Amalgamating unwanted accessories that have the skills you want and using them to greatly boost skill levels. Later on, you get accessories that give a boost of 15 or 20 to a skill and amalgamating four accessories only costs 20k. Enhancing a high stat item can use 3-5 stones and cost 3k-7k each time and only boosts the skill by one level.

After starting the process of obtaining the upgraded versions of items, I've learned some new things. Color-specific items like Red Necklace, Ruby Ring, etc, can only be enhanced using the corresponding colored material, regardless of the skills that are on it. The lowest tier accessories can be upgraded to the next form using white/black stones, but higher quality accessories can only be upgraded using Ruby/Quartz/Topaz, etc. It seems like most of the highest tier accessories can't be upgraded, and neither can flags/banners, I think. I'm keeping a list of which accessory can be upgraded so people don't have to waste as much as I did.

So this is everything except one gold tier item and most of the red tier items. I think the gold one I'm missing is just a random drop from Eclipse 81+, and it turns out some of the red ones can be randomly dropped, too. The Schierke accessory I got using Guts, so it doesn't look like they're restricted by which character has to earn it. The Layer 80/100 ones, I'm not sure if they can only be gotten on those layers, but that's when I got them and I haven't gotten a second one yet.

Sorry, I wasn't specific enough. Once you upgrade it to the "Idol of the White Hawk" and get it to +9 you get 100 in strength, defense, and technique. You can only upgrade it from the regular to the white hawk version with one of the highest tier enhance materials.

Ah, perfect, this is the exact kind of thing I was thinking of!

I'm not being as exact with my current testing, but I'm running Schierke with triple Frenzy Inertia/Death Blow Inertia/Resurgence/Regeneration accessories (all lvl 99), and there's a huge difference in Frenzy and Death Blow meter generation between just one accessory equipped and all three equipped.

With one equipped the Death Blow meter doesn't fill up before Frenzy mode expires, with three it can fill up twice in the same amount of time; similarly with one equipped Death Blow and Frenzy both fill up slower from attacks than if all three are equipped; this is most evident when fighting Stray War Demons, if I drop Aspiration and Rotting Root circles, then slap the demon with a Death Blow, it will refill the Death Blow meter instantly, allowing me to chain Death Blow about eight times before Rotting Root expires (but at that point the demon's stunned, so I can stroll up and drop the circles at its feet again for more abuse).

I'll test Dexterity and Flair later, but I suspect they stack as well. Going to be hard to see if the offense boosting skills stack though, since I'm kinda enamored with the ridiculous Frenzy/Death Blow spamming.

Edit: the difference of stacking Dexterity wasn't as pronounced as Resurgence and Regeneration. One lvl 99 Dexterity reduced the cooldown of summoning golems to 53 seconds, but three of them only reduced it to 42 seconds. Flair also seemed to stack, but it's hard to tell exactly by how much without a combat log as the damage was puny regardless.

It's a feature of item fusing that unlocks after you meet Schierke. If you fuse two accessories with more than four different skills between them, you get to pick which four you want to keep.
Sage Pirotess Mar 1, 2017 @ 1:58am
Yea my issue is unlocking skills itself. Many times Iseea skill on a nec accessory but it has a lock next to it. How does it unlock? Endless Abyess prgression? As I beat whole story already, So I guess that.

The lock just means that particular accessory will always have that skill, it doesn't prevent you from moving it into another accessory though.

So, what is the best way to grind all accesories ?
