+1 for OP's question, I'm also curious.
If those give extra stuff, then kinda if they are good enough.
The story has some length from all the talking and a good number of missions. I clocked at 17ish hours for the story on normal alone. But past that there isn't much to speak of. Endless mode isn't all that great and mainly a grind for unlocks that isn't going to give a challenge till level 60+ when you finally get proper bosses.
The only other Warriors game I played was Hyrule and compared to that. BERSERK has next to nothing in content. Limited people to play as, no alt weapons, only real length is the story padded by endless talking, overall not hard at all outside of large bosses who are more cheap than anything, and not much to do.
Mainly for fans of the story. Gameplay lacks in my opinion.
To note the first manga volume of Berserk was published in 1990 and is still ongoing with the two anime series, the second anime series has just begun last year. So yeah, it's rather darn long.
Game contains the fight against the pirates/sea monsters and the mermaids' appearance, or ends before that?
Also, does it begin from start, when Guts was a child?
Starts with Guts working for Chuder and the fight leading to Bazuso. How the first anime started more or less but the game has a dream like teaser of Guts in hell just before that. The ending is when they just get on the ship
The worst part of the ending is that no one picked up the apples.
Not much to speak of if you ask me.
