He's easy peasy if you try with Guts outfit that's equipped with a range sub-weapon. Pew pew, screaming head die, pew pew Femto health drop like a rock, then get close to him and initiate the cutscene. lol.
To OP, i had some issue where for like a solid 10mins i got stuck in a chain of knock downs by the orb attack, retried it and beat it in about 3 mins. Don't know if just a little buggy or unfortunate RNG.
It's like when game rentals in the 90s caused game devs to make impossibly hard sections of games just so you'd keep renting it cause you'd never beat it. It's not fun or challenging, it's just cheap and pure douchebaggery.
I've had 0 issues with the game whatsoever, even on Hard. Until this garbage level. The cutscenes don't even make it rewarding in any way, they're so heavily censored that theres pretty much no point in even having cutscenes for the Eclipse. Just put it on text that everyone got killed and Casca was raped.
At least then you'd know wtf is going on xD
I quite easily went about killing his minions while i waited for the slow field to reach its end of duration and then i swiftly approached his left side (our right side), which is opposite of what some people here did, proving that either way works just fine. If he pushes back at that point, ur simply just to slow or your timing was off.
I'd like to emphasize this. This is the strategy that worked for me.
Activate Frenzy and use Deathblow in front of Femto, letting the invulnerability of Frenzy protect you.
I'm playing through the game on Berserk mode, and all I had to do was let my health go into the red, then wait for Frenzy to charge. I kept a few Salves on hand for emergencies.
The Behelits, Femto's attacks, and the sheer amount of enemies exist to distract and confuse you. They're an intimidation tactic.
But Femto can't actually hurt you. The Behelits don't matter. And more enemies just means it's easier to build meter. Just focus on getting out those Deathblows. ^_^
Play like Guts: I'm just going to swing my sword until everything dies!
