Can't get "Defeat Zodd" Behelit

2 Behelits just for beating the level. I've the "Defeat Monster Zodd" one but "Defeat Zodd" is still locked for some reason.

Try on easy and hit him hard with a deathblow when he's low on health? I had managed to unlock all behelit in the game up till my current game progress, Goldern Arc part 3 so they should all work.

Hi, it's a matter of time.
Zodd transforms even if he's high on health.
Hit (and dodge) as fast as you can and it will be like a knife through butter.

You are timed before he transforms. So beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of him to 0 health.

Just attack as fast as possible. There's a time limit before he transforms and you have to kill him before that happens. To be safe just play it again on easy mode and save your death blow to hit him hard when he's nearly dead. You can also use the sword item (the one that temporarily increases attack damage) when using the death blow to ensure you get him.
