Did she name her cat spaz?
I couldn't believe it when i first heard it but now she has spoke to her cat twice it and it definately sounds like it.

Better than generic cat names like 'mittens' or 'socks' if you ask me.

The UK have a far worse problem with the word than the US in my years of experience having a spastic daughter. The term is almost extinct in the UK.

Yeah in the US we just consider it a synonym for unorthodox
