HOW to put RHC insignia on the bio-suit?

Welp, like my title says - I don't know how to affix the RHC clipping to my bio-suit! Help, please. Thanks!

here are some hints
1. you need to make sure that the logo doesn't fall off
2. make the logo sticky
3. put glue on it

I found it - I knew it would be a ridiculous oversight on my part. For anyone else who is looking - its in the bottom cabinet on the ground floor/living room of Harper's apartment. BTW - I love this game so far!

1. how do you know what the RHC suit looks like?
2. where did you see a bunch of RHC suits?
3. think in 2D
4. look at the walls

the solution:
the RHC posters have plenty of RHC logos in them
