Powerdirector 15 ultra. cannot burn to DVD

can "Produce" a Mpeg file but cannot burn a dvd. the below error appears on the screen when I try to burn a dvd. I have zoomed in on the timeline and checked there are no small file segments. I have checked all the files used in the project are in the correct directories. 5 hours of editing and now can't burn the finished result to DVD.

Possible causes:
Transcoding engines front end stream error.
might be due to:
1: File broken
2: File missing
3: out of memory
