Awoken, what exactly do they do?

The title says it all, do they increase everything when they're advisor, but having them all on it means chernobog gets pissed? or is it just a title?

Far as I can tell, they don't do much of anything. They lose their virtue and don't'really contribute. You need to convert all your people to Awoken if you want to achieve certain endings though.
They're kind of a joke and commentary.

It's also the only way to evict a hermit from the Tower.

I predicted that their virtue would become random and hidden instead of a fixed +15, or evenly distributed amonst the 5 stats - after playing with a few Awoken advisors, I'm pretty sure this isn't true.

However, I *do* think that Awokens have a better chance at a great outcome, and have poor outcomes less frequently.
