Collecting Endings

I want to see all endings, but I have no idea. Every time I play this game, I fail, or see same ending.
Could someone tell me how?

-Kill all the major sinners, make it to the last year, keep your virtues at minimal levels.
-Fail the last year specifically with a low virtue will unlock their respective endings.
-Do the first one, but convert all the remaining villagers into awaken.

That's all seven I think. All of them except the last one's easy to get.

Murder all is another one, haven't been able to pull it of.
Getting all to be awakened has been difficult too, will have to try again.

Currently cannot seem to be able to get the low penitence achievement. Had it as the lowest stat, but the game triggered the low obedience ending instead...
