Can I skip a chapter?

I played this ages ago, to help me cope with a loss (it worked wonders, thank you).

I would love to play it again, because I need that healing, but there's one chapter that mimics pretty much exactly how my husband died and I absolutely can't cope. Is there any way to skip it? Maybe I can borrow a savegame if not?

Most stories are optional. The only ones that are mandatory are Molly's, Barbara's, and Edie's story. The others can be skipped by simply walking past them.
