I was curious as to how long it takes to play this game. I'm really interested in it, but all the accounts I see review it only have 2hrs playtime max. I want the game, but I dunno if I want to spend $20 on something so short.

It is short, and too expensive, but so is a $75 steak dinner, and we all know what happens to the steak afterwards. At least with this game, you can play it again. If you wish, wait for a sale or a bundle sale, because those happen a few times a year and are often worth waiting for. That's how I get games like this, and I've managed to find some real gems over the years I wouldn't have bought at full price.

Oh, and to answer your question, it seems the average playtime is anywhere between 2-4 hours, depending on whether or not the player reads every single thing sloooooooooooowly. My PS4 time clocked in at just under three hours, but I was also trying to find everything possible. Also, it was on sale. :D

Wait for disc, i'd really suggest you get it if you love a story. The story is amazing, the gameplay is really immersive which make them even better.
