Try looking it up on Youtube and "playing" for free - it's more of a movie than a game.
I'd advise against it.
On the flip side if you're broke don't get it. Don't worry about sales.. they come around again. Just chuck it on your wish list and wait :)
I have played similar types, like "Dear Esther", "Gone Home", etc... and this was by far the best experience. It is like reading a book of interconnected short novels, only that you are right in the middle.
Good choice, if you dislike it, put a timer on your alarm clock and stop playing after 1h 55 min for a solid refund ;)
