Game was too short.
It was like 2 hours and I bought it because it had "overwhelmingly positive" reviews. Very disappointed especially considering how abrupt the story ends. I was left feeling, "this is it?"

Thought it would all climax to something amazing. Nope.

Ok sure, well the story i felt like was picking up and getting more interesting as i discovered each room but the end did't give me the closure or payout i was looking for.

Oh well.

It's not really meant to give closure. It focuses around the curse of the Finch's, which isn't meant to be broken.

Yeah, the curse wasn't meant to be broken, but ending the game before you could discover what the grandma was trying to pass on (and hoping for an explanation regarding the curse's origin) was a cop out in my opinion. The game left me feeling the developers had some really cool bones of a story but couldn't figure out how to flesh it out. I still like and recommend the game, but it could have been more than a novelty had they put a little more time into it. Part of me hopes they come out with a more fleshed out sequel that is much longer wherein the son invesrigates the curse's origins. I'd buy it.
