I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition thinking it contained the DLCs... what a rip off.

you want all dlc? buy mafia 2 definitive edition
if you care about the 3 dlc jimmy betrayal and jimmy vendetta and joe adventures meanwhile vito is in jail and remaster graphics go for definitive but if you only want the game without the 3 dlc but with
- Digital Art Book (free on google images)
- Orchestral Soundtrack (free on youtube)
- Digital Map of Empire Bay (free on google images)

pd: i know post is old but thats my opinion for confused costumers in resume:
if you buy mafia 2 definitive on steam you only get mafia 2 remaster and mafia 2 classic + dlc (but not mafia 1 and 3 content)
if you buy mafia 2 defitinive without steam you only get mafia 2 remaster + dlc (but not mafia 1 and 3 content)
but if you buy mafia triology you get 3 games remastered and all content and dlc cheers
