Made Man Pack Problem!

I bought "Mafia 2 Extended Edition" in market (DVD), and when I was installing it, I had to purchase on Steam. The Steam said that I had purchased the "Mafia II: Digital Deluxe Edition" succesfully. But I can't find Made Man Pack anywhere. Is the problem that I installed it from DVD instead of download it from steam? (it would took twice much time).

Unfortunately I can't find it between the DLCs. Would it works if I reinstall the game from steam? And if I reinstall it will my backups in the game be lost?! I know this DLC is not giving too much, but if I bought the whole game, I expect to be fully completed. :P

Sorry about my wording.....sometimes it's incomprehensible. :)
So first of all I went through everything that you advised me, but I sill can't find Made Man Pack in the DLC tab. I even did the "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" but nothing happened. :P
Today I'm gonna try to delete the whole game and then install it without DVD.
Anyway thanks for your pains for helping me. :)

At first I deleted everything and then I reinstalled the game but Made man pack still reachless... :P Do you have any other solution in your case? Because I don't have any other idea. :)

The extended edition does not include Made Man dlc, only the collectors and limited edition versions had it. Why steam says you have it is because it's a glitch; because your code is not for the standard game, steam automatically sees it as the digital version with the artbook and soundtrack. Mine says exactly the same because I had the limited edition (retail)

The Russian software publisher 1C Company officially announced a compilation package entitled Mafia II: Extended Edition for the Russian market. It includes the base game, four DLC packs (Vegas Pack, Renegade Pack, Greaser Pack, and War Hero Pack), and The Betrayal of Jimmy as well as Jimmy's Vendetta and Joe's Adventures. It was released on December 3, 2010 for the PC. The same package is released for Western markets as Mafia II: Director's Cut on PC, Mac OS X[3] and their respective budget labels on consoles.[30]

Erm.. read the first line. Only when he installed it (on steam) did it say the digital deluxe....... which I then explained why steam does that.

Unless of course; the OP bought the Extended edition (retail) and then bought the Digital deluxe on steam but used the disc from the Extended edition to install the game; which makes no sense to me but is a possibility...... confusing first post.

Oh sorry that I haven't written back earlier... I didn't have time to deal with this problem because of school exams :P
First of all: Yes I can be possibly confusing, because English isn't my native language but I try to do my best :) If I make some writing mistakes just feel free to warn me about. :D
Next: I had been reading about my current Mafia 2 version and unfortunately I found the same fact as Disciple1968 told me, that Mafia 2: Extended Edition is not equal with Mafia 2 DDE. Steam was truly scamming me. :) But I really thank you for helping me to see everything clearly and to calm down my insatiability. ;) Mafia 2 is the same best without Made Man Pack!
