Stuck and cant move.:/ any help?

I finished the mission with explosion in hotel and after the car chase and couple of videos I am standing in front of Joe`s appartment and cant move. I tried everything, restart the game, the steam, the computer...nothing seems to work so far. I am playing the hardest version. And no, I dont wanna start over. Any ideas? Thanks for any help
