"Tough Nut" Archievement glitch

I've finished all chapters in hard difficulty, but this don't unlock the "Tough Nut" archievement...Anyone can help?

Is it a new game? I heard it doesn't work if you beat the game on medium and then replay the chapters on hard.

Actually for me it worked. I finished the game on easy (most of it) then I replayed every single mission (not even in orded) and it unlocked both medium and hard achievements.

@OP: Try really checking, if you have gold emblem in every single mission, you might've missed something.

LaserSandwich911, I've finished the chapters on medium and replay in hard. If I don't find a solution, I will try begin a new game...

Try beating the last mission on hard again if you have completed all chapters on hard but not in order.
