Anyway, do you think that is better to turn off PhysX in every game that has it, given my hardware configuration?
Yes, you should probably turn off PhysX in every game that has it, given your AMD GPU. I have NVIDIA cards in all of my systems, so I always run it. It is a nice feature, if the card can handle it, but it causes problems for lots of other people.
FWIW, there is a reverse situation negatively affecting users with NVIDIA's cards attempting to run AMD's proprietary hair-rendering technology called TressFX.
