Report a translation problem
I wouldn't agree to it being a poor mission design because the first time you play the game it seems like you might be able to catch it, which raises the emotional investment a bit, and makes you want to try again.
Man, if you saw how close I was. That hot-rod was on top of two cabs and facing the wrong way but I was going out of control at that point and couldn't capitalize. I was so close I'll probably keep trying for fun. At least now I know that if I don't have it before hitting the last straght-away I can abort.
BTW: exactly how "impossible" did your research indicate. Was it some people saying it was impossible because they couldn't ever do it, or was it a literal "impossible" due to the programming? e.g.; you could catch it, blow it up, kill the driver and that hot rod will still fire away into the tunnel.
