Playboy magazine on my PC

All magazines were found in the game. Can they be found on my PC or I can watch them only via Mafia 2 game? Unfortunately nobody has the answer so far.

Listen, I believe you don't understand my question. I know perfectly well that the collectibles can be found in the menu and in Internet. I ask if they are stored as files in game folder.

You are most likely required to extract them with (modding) tools from the game files. I doubt they are stored as separate files. Getting them from the Mafia Wiki is probably the easiest method.

I know this post is over seven years old, but maybe it will help someone. You need SDS Explorer and some image viewer with DDS Plugin. In SDS Explorer you must open "pinupXX_ps.sds" archives from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mafia II [Definitive Edition]\pc\sds\gui" location, where XX are numbers from 01 to 50. So, every file is a single Playboy's magazine. Then you have to find "pinupXX_ps.dds" texture in archive and view it directly in SDS Explorer or save as DDS file. Enjoy.

Meh, I'd rather save from wiki if so inclined, much easier, but I have old & new porn pics, this is kinda nostalgia porn. Plus the decrypted photos maybe of low quality vs. the uploaded to websites.
