Mafia 2 won't launch on Win10 with No-Cd/Crack

Since i upgraded to Windows 10 Mafia 2 doesn't lauch when i try using a crack/no-cd.
When i was using Windows 7 i didnt have this problem.
The game launches fine when i use the original mafia2.exe from steam.
Anyone know a working crack/no-cd so i can use full tuning mod etc again, i've tried running it as administrator and compatilability mode but that didnt work..?
