Joe Randomly Shooting Everywhere
I went in cover really fast on accident and now Joe is continuously shooting everyone in sight. He seems to discriminate between civilians, and gangsters and cops but the point is he won't stop.

Getting in a car doesnt help anything as he just runs to the car(wanted by police) and gets in, and whenever I'm actually able to run away in a car, he teleports and brings the heat to me anyway, then I'm wanted dead on sight. Going into buildings doesnt change anything either, even buildings that completely reload the enviroment. Everytime I go outside it resumes.

I've already beaten the game multiple times at this point so I'm basically asking if theres anyone else that has ever had this issue, or if theres a fix for it other than restarting the chapter/exiting the game(just made 30,000 selling cars, dont really wanna restart the Chapter now haha), its happening to me right now and it's quite annoying.

The other thing thats quite annoying is that I can't seem to find anyone anywhere that has encountered this on other forums; I found one Youtube video with about 8 veiws where it happened and no comments, so I'm pretty done lol.

This happened to me several times. The solution is to change clothes.
...Unless you've done that and you're still wanted. Then, that's a bug.

Interesting! I'll see if I can't recreate the glitch and fix it with that.

Happened to me to,I got out of the car and went into a gun store,Then he shoot the Old Man and then started shooting random citizens on the street xD
