Black Boxes in the sky and game crash.

Halp meh! Some times i have that problem: i see black boxes in the sky that flickering like crazy and they're big, VERY big. After a moment game crashes! wtf? Help me please. I reinstalled games, i have 0 mods and I checked files compatybility. I dont know what to do! HELP!

Same. I just relaunch the game. But sometimes the boxes go away themselves after a minute.
