Mod to make this Open World?

I love this game. The cars, the feel. The immersion and time it put into it. The love of detail is very apparent. It's a shame then, that you feel rushed in it, to get it all done. Is there a mod that will let me enjoy the game after the end game? I don't wanna leave this city.

Thank you. Just beat the main game. Heartbreaking, amazing, one of the best stories I've seen in a game. Glad to have a way to freeplay this.

One quick Q. On the friends for life DLC I notice it also has tons of cheat menus/options. Is there a way to turn those off?

I eventually got rid of the friends for life one. While I dug it, it added way too much in terms of cheats/ symbols flashing all over adam, ect. I just want the open world man. I'm cool with a snazzy pad, but, I don't want the cheats.
