Horn always on in a car
Is there someway to turn this off? When I drive in any car the horn is always on and I am going to go insane pretty soon.

I have the exact same problem! I can't even finish the first car mission because the horn i always on and I can't use E to horn to get into the mechanics shop.

So I have found a fix for this if you have a Logitech gaming wheel. The only thing you have got to do is unplug it and then it stopped. At least it worked for me, I hope it works for you too

Too funny! Was having the same issue. As I was reading Ankle Dan's resolution I slowly but skeptically, looked over at my G27. Seen it first gear, put it in neutral and my ears stopped bleeding!!!
