Chapter 11 - a friend of ours - BUG

Hello everybody,

since i am a big fan of the mafia series (mafia 3 not, because it sucks) i wanted to replay mafia 2 again.

******SPOILER******

In chapter 11 - a friend of ours - after i blown up the irish guy in the orange car and leaving
the scene with joe, vito asks joe if he can sleep on his couch, but joe offers him martys
apartment.

When i drive to joe to drop him off and he leaves the car, a few moments later he spawns
and sits next to me. When i go inside martys apartment i cant press E and go to bed
because JOE is still waiting outside.

I tried to reload the chapter (2 times) / doesnt work
I reinstalled the game / doesnt work
I even tried another game save / but the game dont recognize it

Maybe someone has a solution.

Check game files bro and Delete everything about the game and redownload and you can format your pc

FIXED THE PROBLEM BY DEINSTALLING THE GAME AND
CHANGEING THE MAIN LANGUAGE TO GERMAN (PLAYED IN ENGLISCH)

In the mission in didnt killed the irish guy in the orange car and didnt skip any scene.

I just encountered the same issue and managed to fix it by restarting the mission and using the back alley leading to Joe's appartment to drop him off, this way he walked all the way to the door and did not spawn in the car again. Side note: I used my own car instead of his, no idea if that made any difference.

I closed the game. Confirmed the files via steam. Opened back the game. Jumped straight out of the window. Ran directly behind bushes. Stole a car when it was safe to do so. Went to the Joe's place via the front door like the person above me mentioned. Waited Joe to hang up to phone. He told me where the guy's located. THEN i put on some of Joe's clothes. That fixed the issue for me.

cant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stand the timer amount they give you just to get to leos house in part 1 of this chapter. made me ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ uninstall it goes down so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fast
