Axis- Yes, it seems like players seem to lose momentum instantly when they hit that line, but it is more evident on kickoffs. If I kick at max power, I feel like I should be penalized (or rewarded, in some matchups) for kicking out the back of the endzone. Instead, I RARELY see the circle where the ball will land go beyond that 0 yard line.
Great, thanks for the response.
Ill wait till its actually a fully fledged game before i put money out again, and even then ill wait for a sale. No excuse to drop major features after the sale. Madden you are not. Not even sure why you would follow a model like that.
You really should place a warning on your store page stating any features listed are dependent on funding. Your crossing into the territory of false advertising. I would never had bought it without franchise mode which you very clearly state it contains. Nowhere does it state well maybe if our kickstarter goes well.
Thanks for taking the time to respond. I admit that I didn't do an awesome job of clearly communicating the extend to which we implemented Franchise Mode, and that caused a few people to feel misled. The features implemented at launch constitute a Franchise Mode for some, but the lack of a draft, trades, and player progressions prevent it from properly being labeled as a true Franchise Mode for some people, and I totally get that. I certainly learned a lesson there, and for that miscommunication, I apologize. It was never my intention to trick people into buying the game, and I think most people here would agree that I'm pretty honest about the shortcomings of the game and what didn't make the cut this year. Thanks for giving the game a try and giving some feedback. This is a learning process for me, and I will definitely get better at communicating features in the future.
1. Contract negotiations when yours is up
2. Season expectations
3. Play any position
4. Extra stats that madden doesn't track (qb hurries, hits, safties, ect)
5. Press conferences
So basically madden ps2 superstar. Also can I ask: will you be doing a new kickstarter soon, and will next year be more about superstar mode or franchise? Great improvement from year 1
