*oh wait... think I figured out how to join. Guess I had to do it manually. hmmm.
When in Open Sea can we have the Map and maybe a boat mounted fishfinder sonar to locate the fish before we set the trawl net?
Keyboard commands for the trawl net line controls?
Adjust boat speed and heading from the scanmar screen?
Finer control on boat heading and rudder angle display?
Autopilot - set boat speed for trawling plus follow waypoints set on map without fast travel?
More available space on the scanmar screen for more subscreens.
More crew on Hermes plus more crew spaces on the processes - it takes soooo long to freeze and stack with just 2 crew each. When you have the Hermes at full capacity you come back to port and are there for a few days waiting for the stacking?
When in port and docked - be able to control the crew who are still freezing and stacking?
Can we have the symmetry screen available at the rear seat?
Would be great to see the fish come out of the net plus the ability to see the gutting, freezing, etc?
Otherwise, thanks for the game so far!
I've played the Alaska Storm: Deadliest Catch and loved that too. With this kind of graphics engine maybe you can increase the reality by seagulls around your ship, especially when you gut fishes and get closer the shores.
Other: When you put out all of your baits and have to wait for min. 8 hours or more for the better results, how can you jump ahead in time staying in one place with engine off.
I'm glad for this game, thx for that. :)
yes that a good idea
thats not what fishing is about at all, i would know i Deckhand on a boat in australia and i can assure you unless there is someone at the helm of the boat running it and workers on deck there will be no immersion from the get go, and this game will fail. its may seem blunt, and ill still support you and buy it as im a true simulation ethusiast but dont expect it to go any where if no immersion and simple crew systems aint in place.
wouldnt you rather post pone release and make the game more complete, then try and count the amount of refunds in the first 2 hrs of gameplay?
