I have the Saitek "Pro Flight" Yoke with Throttle Quadrant, it runs with standard Windows APIs (driver needed, of course), it can be found in the "Devices and Printers" (I don't know the exact name in English, in German it's "Geräte und Drucker") and uses "normal" buttons, 5 analog axis and (mostly for moving view) a D-pad.
It works well with "Ship Simulator Extremes" from Vstep.
and thank you for looking into putting support in
Saitek Yoke with Throttle Quadrant, Logitech G25 Steering wheel, Thrustmaster T500RS, Saitek X52 Pro
Would be awesome if you made it possible to combine multiple joysticks.
Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS
Simped Pedals slaved through Thrustmaster Cougar HOTAS
Thrustmaster Cougar MFDs
Logitech G27 wheel
Saitek Cyborg Evo Force (for force feedback usage)
Naturalpoint TrackIR v5 headtracker
(see: https://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/ )
and I like some games with good implementation for an
XBox360 controller w/ cable connection
TM Cougar MFDs
Simped pedals (F-16 style)
TM TX racing wheel
TM TH8A H-shifter
Xbox One controller
TrackIR 5
The flight gear is mostly used in DCS, Arma 3, X-plane and FS-X.
The Xbox controller is mostly for casual and farming sims.
TM T16000M FCS + TM rudder
Motorforce Atomic Race wheel + Pedals and gearshift
Thrustmaster T-Flightstick X
Xbox One controller
Thrustmaster T300RS GT Wheel And Peddles
Trackhat (track-ir alternative)
Sorry but this is a troll post.
1.) You don't consider the fact that more PC users own console-like gamepads compared to people who have actual joysticks and wheels. Why? Because many PC games work flawlessly with gamepads and one of the top PC bestsellers which make gamepads nearly mandatory is FIFA/PES football.
2.) Microsoft's "Games for Windows" initiative required a game's compatibility with an XBox controller. Ok, maybe before your time, but it happened really.
Ehhmm, are you stupid?? Troll post??
They've said multiple Times that they will implement full control support and yet its only Xbox that works..
This is supposed to be a simulator game, and simulator games is all about realism and answer me this, do You control your boat, car or whatever in real world with a gamepad??? No?
If you use a gamepad in Fifa thats fine, but this is a f-ing boat/fishing simulator not football. I'll bet you 50 bucks that the majority of the players Who plays this with a controller want better support about other joysticks/wheels, ans I'll bet you another 50 bucks that you're wrong about "You don't consider the fact that more PC users own console-like gamepads compared to people who have actual joysticks and wheels"
People who are interested in simulator games often has more equipment suitable for those games.
But in this case, they said that they will implemented it, they even hunter that 1.2 would have full controller support but has it? NO!!!
And they started this thread to know What players use and want.
I havn't played this since before 1.1 and have not yet bought the dlc, i will do that when we can play with joystick/wheels etc etc.
Best Regards
