just got this graphics issues

i have a 4 year old laptop and it seems that this game wont run right on my graphics even tho most games i have will. The water will not render. Is this a fixed able problem or should i be looking at a refund i hope its fixable i really would like to play this game

Same issue but with a gaming pc play many other games that I have no issue with! Everything has been updated on my pc and I just cant play it with water missing so I have requested a refund! All my setting on the game I dropped to the lowest settings but no go for me! Maybe down the rode when they get all the bugs worked out I will try it again but until then I am done!

The issues for the missing water graphics so far appear to be:
- Your graphic cards drivers are outdated
- The PC does not meet the minimum requirements

However we are still investigating this bug and any info is helpful for us :)

well my graphics card is uptodate and my computer playes many games with simlaur graphics card requiments with no problems and seem even gaming machine of Pilot is having problems with it.

Yeap agree my drivers are ALL up to date and I play many other games new ones at that!
I even ran my pc thru driver agent plus and NOTHING out date!

I can see water at times, BUT fog(?) i asumming makes it all wierd looking. And when the water changes due to night and what not its all wierd.

How about posting some specs before blaming the devs. Without specs, nobody will be able to help you.

I'm running an i5-7600K paired with a GTX 1050 Ti and 16GB RAM, all at factory clock settings. I have the graphics all set to the highest and I'm hitting 100% GPU usage to only 24% CPU usage with around 26-30 FPS. I bumped the settings down but it just didn't look good then. So I would expect that those with lesser GPUs and graphics settings might not be having a very good experience.

Why would they give you an email? There is a perfectly fine support forum here. I can't help you because you are not posting specs lol. Turn it around all you want, but nobody, not even the devs can help you if you won't post your specs.

To be fair, there is optimization issues here and there. Your GPU is supposed to run at a 100%, that's what gives you the best graphic results. My specs are a bit better than yours and i play on highest exept Shadows & Effects, those are set to medium/high. Game still looks good and i'm at an average of 70+ fps instead of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 45 fps with shadows on ultra.
