so what a different selling fish with gut or not gut

You get more money if you gutted the fish with 2 or above star rating in the gutting minigame. If you struggle with the minigame or have rough weather, you don't need to gut and can sell your catch anyway.

Considering weather then, is it more easy to gut the fish at port? does the game take into consideration the quiet water? Thanks!

To be completely honest the minigame sometimes feels like drunken simulator. But even some completely drunken sailor should be better at that. :D

gutting fish is having problems with mouse settings and high dpi

I no longer have the ioptionto gut my fish.....anyone know why?...I pull in my catch and it just puts me in drivers seat after. I did it fine in the tutorial but cant after for some reason.

There is an icon in the lower left corner. It is in the same row the icon for laying your equipment is. When you have ungutted fish aboard you can use it to start gutting minigame anytime
